Green Footprint Services Returns Policy
Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. If within 14 days of receiving your goods we will provide you an account credit or refund. Unfortunately, the cost of a courier collection of goods will be deducted from a refund unless items are faulty. Alternatively you can arrange delivery of unwanted goods yourself, but remain responsible for goods to be returned without damage.
Please email us for a returns authorisation to send back goods, including a copy of your payment receipt. We can then arrange either a courier collection or provide you with a correct address to post items. No goods can be accepted to our business address without a returns authorisation provided beforehand.
A manufacturers warranty applies to products sold by green footprint services ltd (except in cases otherwise stated), with contact details for individual manufacturer warranty support supplied either or on individual product pages, or viewed under ‘Help’.
